Account Deletion

Want to delete your Lookas account? No problem. Fill in the form – your email app opens with a message ready to go. Send it off and we'll take care of deleting your account and the data that goes with it.

What gets deleted

Your profile (display name, profile picture, email link)
Your uploaded photos
Your game progress: XP, Drops, levels, streaks and guesses

We usually process deletion requests within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
